Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Managing Director II for our Advantage Technical services team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. This individual will supervise and direct a staff composed of more than one Practice Area, responsible for effectively servicing customers in one or more geographical areas. Accountable for personal production goals as well as Practice Area goals and develop and maintain excellent client relationships, promote new business, investigate, and resolve day-to-day problems and issues, recruiting, interviewing, matching, coordinating send outs and closing placements.

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

  • Reviews and analyzes financial and general management reports, including profit and loss statements and sales reports/analyses. Maximizes profitability of the branch by developing and monitoring the pay/bill structure to ensure proper gross margin levels.
  • Provides overall management direction and support to employees under responsibility. Responsible for the performance of all assigned employees, as measured by team and individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets
  • Responsible for appraising employee performance, recommending status and salary changes, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures client satisfaction with Company services by monitoring current activity, adjusting plans or services as needed. Makes regular in-person visits to customers to ensure satisfaction and to identify additional customer needs and opportunities to grow business. Arranges job shadows and other value-added services.
  • Increases sales and profits for the Company by generating new business. Personal Sales Revenue quota responsibility and recruitment team Revenue/GP Growth.

Competencies we value for this role include ethical conduct, thoroughness, detail-oriented, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong time management skills, customer-service orientation, good skills in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), proven strong organizational skills, and an ability to effectively prioritize in a multi-task environment while staying even-keeled. Experience in process management meeting time-to-fill, quantity, quality, and diversity of hiring, social media, KPI and metric driven with ability to understand and explain P&L and manage staff to set goals as well as having a proven track record of sales success with previous sales success building high performing teams. We also desire 5-7 years of successful work experience in growing, managing and leading teams in the Technical Staffing and/or service space as well as a Bachelor degree as well as 3-5 years of progressive management responsibilities including supervision, recruitment, selection, and training.
